originally this house was going to be a pole building style construction, but due to costs and timelines, it was redesigned to be standard construction on a conditioned crawlspace. This has allowed for the permit to be approved in a day and the layout to be staked within a week.

Construction has begun – Meeting with Excavator
September 2, 2021 – Homeowner and I met with Khris Hering of Shore Quality Contracting to go over the start of this project. We discussed the layout, best places for excess dirt, what was expected, elevation of top of footing, to set height, etc. We marked the plans to show the footer elevation and to show location of sump pump.
