Guidance, Not General Contracting

The Owner-Builder Guidance Program is an educational consulting service. It is not a general contracting, design-build, construction management, or jobsite supervision service.

Dennis Fletcher Design Studio will not act as the builder, general contractor, construction manager, subcontractor coordinator, site supervisor, inspector, or legal representative for the construction project.

The homeowner remains responsible for all final decisions, contracts, permits, payments, scheduling, contractor relationships, inspections, and construction outcomes.

This program is being created to help homeowners understand the process, prepare better questions, organize decisions, and approach construction with greater confidence.
