Thank you for considering Dennis Fletcher Design Studio. This questionnaire will help us understand your proposed project, property, anticipated construction budget, desired schedule, and what matters most to you. It should take approximately 7–10 minutes to complete. Your answers will help us determine whether your project and our residential design process are a strong mutual fit.

Professional design investment: Our professional design fees generally range from 2% to 3% of the anticipated construction cost, depending on the project’s scope, complexity, location, and required services. (This is house construction only) Thirty percent of the total design fee is due as the initial payment when the agreement is signed.
