As-Built Drawings
These drawings show what the structure layout looks like currently, may show pictures of the current elevations. If you want to remodel or add on, this is where you start. These are stand-alone drawings, however, when submitting for a remodel or addition to your current home or structure, they are generally required.
Additions
Want to build a second floor, or add an in-law suite to the back corner, or maybe you just want to add a rear screen porch and deck with an outdoor kitchen. These are all additions that you will be required to get a permit for. This service is generally coupled with the As-Built Drawings.
Depending on the type of addition, you may be required to also hire a structural engineer, so that the permit officials know the current structure and the new structure are safe.
New Construction – Custom Homes
Just as the title says, you want to build a home on land you either are looking for, or already have. You want a home that fits your family in every way, size, life, adventure. A home that is truly you, not just another square. We sit with you and help you figure out the home that fits you, your family, your pets, your future. A custom home doesn’t have to be large and expensive, “Custom” just means it is yours, designed for you and how you truly live.
Construction Administration
This is an extra service we offer to our homeowners who either want to self-build, (Be their own General Contractor) or who are building from another state. We tailor this service to your needs and work on your behalf as an advocate, often bridging the gap between you and the contractors building your home or addition. We can help with things like observational inspections that allow you to see what is being done during different stages, helping with material deliveries, making sure all of the stages are starting and finishing as expected. We can come in and do as much, or as little as you need to feel comfortable about your house being built.

New Construction – Spec Homes
Looking at a lot and want to start the process of building a home that you are going to try to sell while you build? This is a Spec home. (A Home you build on Speculation.) Small to large, we can help you with this jaunting project. Getting you to permit and even working with you if you get a client to buy, with changes. This service allows you to get started on your project without worrying about changes a client may want while it is being built. Let us help you succeed!
New Construction – Trac-Homes
Are you looking to create a series of homes with options that you can build and sell over and over? We can help with that. We will sit with you and come up with a fair cost to design the initial house, (With typical options) then we will work on a cost for permits. (Actual built houses) This works out well for you, the contractor, because it allows you to not only have something to show your perspective clients, but it keeps things tight and together, making your work load easier.
Additions
Talking with a client that wants to add onto their existing home? Give us a call, we can help. We work with you to get the decisions made, the layout figured out and the permit drawings finished. We work with several structural engineers and other design related professionals to help you get the project moving.
As-Built Drawings
As stated previous, these are the drawings you need to apply for a permit on an existing structure. These allow you to apply for remodeling or addition permits almost anywhere.
